Mark Kincaid's real estate journey began in 1994 when he was first licensed, transitioning to commercial real estate full-time in 1998. By 2016, he had obtained his Broker/Salesman License in Nevada, and in 2019, he expanded his expertise into Texas. Over the years, Mark has facilitated the sale and lease of more than 3 million square feet, with a recent emphasis on the industrial real estate sector.

Beyond real estate, Mark has a rich background in political consulting and has worked closely with various government entities, including the Clark County Health District and the Fire Department, assisting in securing locations for their operations. His commitment to civic engagement is evident through his former roles as a Board Member and Chairman of the Government Affairs Committee, Charter Member of the Due North Civitan Club, and past Board Member of the 1st Good Shepherd Lutheran School. Throughout his career, Mark has leveraged his vast knowledge and expertise to contribute positively to his community and the real estate industry.

In his free time Mark enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his family, cherishing those precious moments together.

Maureen is an accomplished professional holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Her real estate career took off in 2004 after relocating to Texas with her son to be closer to her family and obtaining a Texas Brokers license.

In her initial years in the industry, Maureen made her mark at Commercial Investment Services LLC, focusing on land acquisition and multifamily development. She was instrumental in securing over $35 million in land acquisition deals. Maureen's skills also included creating an advanced search system for property identification for developers, contract negotiations, and working in collaboration with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) in Austin. Between 2009 and 2015, she shifted her attention to retail development, as well as tenant and landlord leasing, making a significant impact at the Cibolo Bend Retail Center in Cibolo, TX, by attracting key tenants and contributing to the center's success. Moreover, Maureen has effectively worked with international clients, using her expertise to acquire multifamily properties throughout Texas. Since 2015, Maureen has been running her own brokerage firm, continuing her successful career in investment sales, focusing on Industrial and Multifamily real estate sectors. Outside of her professional life, Maureen enjoys teaching scuba diving and spending time with family and friends.
